FAQs

  • In-stock items will be shipped within the 48 hours once paid in full.  All shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.  

  • Sales tax: Residents of Virginia are subject to all applicable local/state taxes

  • Preorders: All prices in the Preorder section are listed as the deposit pricing.  The full retail price is listed in the description of the actual product. Balance will be invoiced to you once item is in stock and ready to be shipped.  Deposits are non-refundable (but shipping is!)  due to restocking fees of cancelled item(s).  

  • Preorders: A preorder guarantees you the opportunity to purchase your desired item and helps us control inventory.  Without a preorder, we cannot gauge interest and may not order some items based on little perceived  interest.  

  • Preorders and in-stock items need to be on separate tickets, due to the issue of charging correct shipping on all items.  In stock items will be shipped upon completion of payment.  Preorder items will be shipped once the orders have arrived, unless items are cancelled from the manufacturer or become unavailable.  If items are cancelled by the manufacturer or if there is a supply issue, a refund will be given.  

  • Once your preorder item has arrived and you have been notified, you have 2 weeks to make arrangements for final payment.  If you have not, the product will be made available to other customers.    Your deposit is still non-refundable and the product may sell out and there will be no compensation.  If for some reason you cannot pay off the balance, please contact us to work something out.   If no correspondence is made, we assume you have abandoned your sale and no refund will be given.  

  • Arrival/Shipping: Preorder arrivals are determined by the manufacturer and we cannot be held responsible for late product/cancelled product.  If any item is cancelled by the manufacturer/distributor, you will receive a full refund.  

  • Refunds/Returns:  All items are checked for accuracy and for damages before being shipped.  If damage occurs during shipping, please keep all packing materials and document any visible damage to packaging.  If visible theft or damage is clear upon receiving, please notify carrier at the time of acceptance.  

  • Refunds/Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt of product, and you will receive a full refund, minus shipping.  Customer is responsible for cost of shipping item back to Perfect Figure Toys & Collectibles.
